Selected Disney Bookstores

Compass Books & Café is located in Anaheim's Downtown Disney district. Compass Books is operated by Books, Inc., the West's oldest independent bookseller, and is a fabulous place to shop for both authorized and unauthorized Disney-related books, as well as current bestsellers, classics, children's books, gifts, and cards. We also make great coffee (or so I've been told).

Disneyland

Off the Page is located in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot section of Disney's California Adventure, and sells a great selection of books and artwork, including many items which can only be found for sale in the Disney theme parks.

Walt Disney World

The Writer's Stop is a combination bookstore and cafe in Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. Formerly Ellen's Buy-the-Book, this shop was inspired by the bookstore in the Disney-produced TV show Ellen.

There is a Virgin Megastore located in Orlando's Downtown Disney district, which claims to be "the largest music and entertainment store" in the southeast. I've never been there, but I've heard good things about their book selection. If it's anything like the other Virgin Megastores I've been to, I'm sure it's worth checking out.
